Hi everyone! I'm Casharina. I'm the happy stay at home mommy to Kaytlynn (6) and Khylea Ray (3), and the wife to my high school sweetheart for over eight years. I am a photo loving mommy, I have pictures covering just about EVERY wall in my house and I could still add more! My husband recently built me a little studio here beside my house which is perfect for me to capture portraits of my babies, umm....when they'll cooperate! Lol.
Prior to digi scapping I was a paper scrapper, I don' t think I was ever great at it, but I loved it and I loved that I was able to keep my memories forever-I have one of the worse memories ever! Two things I hated about paper scrapping was the mess and the FAT books I ended up with, they're a little hard to store. After my first princess became mobile I found I had run out of places to pull out all the paper scrapping ingredients so I gave up for quite sometime. About 2.5 years ago I found digital scrapping and I fell in love. I started making little siggys for all the forums I was on, which then led to designing photo cards. I loved it. Next, I learned all about digital scrapbooking and I was hooked.
With my love for scrapbooking and photography my husband nearly gave me a heart attack when I opened a Nikon D40 for Christmas two years ago. I had simply wanted/needed to update my little Kodak camera! ;) Just a few weeks ago I broke down and purchased a Nikon 7000, and although I LOVE it I still haven't figured it out! ;) When creating my layouts I use Photoshop CS5, but I still have LOTS to learn! I'm so excited to be joining such an inspirational group of scrappers, I look forward to being on the team!
