She says she was lucky enough to find digital before venturing into the paper scrapbook stores - "I am a bit frugal and so finding digital was a huge blessing! I was instantly hooked and haven't looked back since". She lives in beautiful British Columbia, Canada in a very small town with gorgeous scenery and mountains surrounding them. "It's very pretty here and I couldn't imagine living anywhere else". Kristin has been married for 6.5 years and they have a 5 year old daughter with baby number 2 (a BOY!) due in early march so. Kristin went to college for visual arts and this was where she was introduced to Adobe Photoshop. After college, she worked in a printing shop doing the pre-press work and a bit of designing for about 4 years. After she had her daughter, she switched jobs and started work in a camera/scrapbook store where she got to do some of the more fun photo design jobs. Now, I am lucky enough to be a SAHM! The best job in the world. Kristin says she is thrilled to be a guest team member for shabby princess, she has been around since the princess started and has always loved the classic feel of her kits.
