PLEASE try to include as much information as
possible regarding the problems you are experiencing. Any
error messages that you might see when/where the error
occurs, etc. can all be very helpful in diagnosing the
problem as well as coming up with a solution (screen shots
are great, too). Also, PLEASE be sure that you have
read through all of the FAQ's regarding downloads and
tech issues. There's a good chance that your question can be
answered there and best of all - there will be no waiting
for an email :-)

Most usage/licensing questions can be answered by reading
the README/TERMS OF USE file included with your download J
And, this page we created at the SP.com site is a great
resource as well. It is meant for the FREE kits shared at
SP…but applies to our shoppe kits as well :-) the only
difference is that MOST of our shoppe kits can be used
commercially on a LIMITED basis WITH the purchase of a
commercial license….however – we DO NOT ALLOW ANY
commercial use with the FREE sp kits!

I do check emails often and try to stay caught up…but please
allow at least one week for a reply to general
emails/questions :-)!
Again - please read through the
FAQ sections first as your question might already be
answered. I've spent quite a bit of time putting together an
extensive FAQ and Tutorials section in an effort to
accommodate everyone.Finally, please know that we read
and answer ALL emails! EVEN if you say "no response
necessary" - LOL! HOWEVER, please note that emails regarding
technical issues will be answered first and as quickly as
possible. Please do keep in mind though, that we have a
family and a busy life and cannot be in front of the
computer 24 hours a day. Even though our shoppe is open
24 hours a day…our customer support is not :-) However,
please rest assured that we will get back with you as
QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE and will always make sure you get your
downloads so - NO WORRIES!
