My entrance into the world of digital
scrapbooking was both unexpected and unplanned. I began as a paper
scrapper (though only for a short time), determined to record the
milestones of our then newborn son. Soon after his birth, I came
across a digital scrapbooking layout while perusing a photography
website. That was the beginning of it all...and I have been
seriously IN LOVE with this form of scrapbooking and designing
since! I have been fortunate enough to have had some WONDERFUL
experiences as a result of this great art/passion! Being the sole
owner and designer for two websites (shabbyprincess.com and
theshabbyshoppe.com) is way up there at the top of my list. I have
also had the great pleasure of designing my own paper scrapbooking
line with Bo Bunny Press...enjoyed a spot on the editorial board of
Simple Scrapbook’s Digital Scrapbooking Magazine...and even got to
work on a few cool jobs with companies like Sony and Picaboo...and
even more! Thank GOODNESS for a super sweet and loving husband and
family! They support me always and are constantly helping me on
this journey! I want to thank you for stopping by the Shoppe and
truly hope that you enjoy your stay! My highest hope for you is
that you enjoy scrapping even HALF as much as i do...if so - you
will be in bliss! |

Nicole is our in-house designer and the Shoppe
just wouldn’t be the same without her (she’s been with us for
years)! She designs all of our piece-a-cake albums & calendars...as
well as most of our BLOGwear, confection collections and hybrid
projects. Her attention to detail and dedication to delivering high
quality products is inspiring :o) We feel honored to have her
working exclusively at the Shabby Shoppe and know that you all love
her and her work as much as we do :o) When Nicole isn’t designing
for the Shabby Shoppe - she is busy being an amazing mommy to her
sweet little Liz...and proud wife to her military husband, Dan.
Nicole is currently on maternity leave :o) |

Ahhhh, my sweet Kylie :o) She is a true blessing in my life - both as SP and personally! Kylie wears quite a few hats here at the Shabby Shoppe...and wears them all EXTREMELY well . She manages the Shoppe’s BLOG, shabby artist TEAM, and our ever-growing inspiration gallery - keeping it all organized and up-to-date. We are simply thrilled to have Kylie in this new Shabby Shoppe position and know that we could never, ever find a better fit :o) She has a true passion (and talent) for digi scrapping - and it shows in everything she does! Even better than that though, is her extreme attention to detail - and her amazing organizational skills! In ‘real-life’ - Kylie has a background in business administration and has recently qualified as a cook, and spends as much time as possible with her wonderful husband and family (especially her precious nieces and nephews)! |

I have to say that there would be NO
shabbyprincess.com or theshabbyshoppe.com without the ROYAL NERD
(Mr. SP) :) He is the brains behind the designer - LOL! So, he is
often behind the scenes and you’ll probably never see him or talk
with him...but I wanted you to know that he is there...many times
spending hours a day working to make things run smoothly :)
Occasionally - he will help us out with technical emails...which we
are all truly thankful for! When he is not working at the Shoppe,
he is busy with his ‘real’ job (lol)...and being an amazing daddy to
our little man! |

This page just wouldn’t be complete without the SHABBY BOY (yes...he
has affectionately taken on that name). He is my true source of
inspiration (daily). He completely supports my work and loves what I
do. He can create layouts in Photoshop Elements and LOVES to paint
and draw in Artrage! He can’t wait for the day when his ‘kits’ grace
the pages of the shoppe lol! He is also a total goof ball...which is
pretty much a requirement for working at the Shoppe :o) |

When he’s not ‘working’ on Shoppe stuff (lol) - the little Shabby
Boy enjoys reading (he amazes us constantly with his reading
abilities...always has), anything to do with science and math
(totally gets that from his dad - trust me, lol), playing xbox and
wii games (very into the lego games right now), any and all sports
(especially football and baseball), swimming, golfing (he’s learning
right now), boating, playing with his puppy, being creative...and
spending time with his family and friends :o) |
