She says if you count colored paper and wavy scissors as paper scrapping, then yes, she was a paper scrapper. But, she only finished two laytouts before switching to digital in Spring of 2005. She says her style is evolving…lol..but simple with a strong sense of design and she usually uses shabby or grungy papers and lots of fun stuff like paint and glitter. “I like to start my page in different ways -- sometimes I start with a photo I really want to use. Sometimes (well okay, a LOT) a new kit inspires me, and sometimes I start with a template and focus first on design and then fill in the details. I love to see how my pages evolve so differently depending on where I start!” Janet’s biggest source of inspiration comes form other scrappers and their work. Her favorite font right now is Mom’s Typewriter.
