      Decided to scrap the before and after pictures I did for my blog. I had a hard time finding a before picture -- I don't have a lot of photos taken anyway, but very few that show me from the shoulders down. The before was taken in May 05, when I was at my heaviest. Had my son take the current picture one day last week, right before I worked out.

      Elements are by Shabby Princess, from her Wonderful kit. Scrapping Pro photo conversion. Tab by Gina Cabrera, Stamped alpha by Michelle Coleman. Traci Murphy drop shadows.
