If you've been reading my blog, you probably know the whole long story about this photo. I just had to do a layout and get the story into an album.


Journaling reads: It all started out fairly normal. We
went to see the Haygoods show this summer,
and I enjoyed it. Enjoyed it, but didn’t love
it. Then, somewhere in early October, I
became addicted to watching their DVD. I
would slip it in the DVD player as soon as
the girls left for school, feeling slightly
guilty for doing so. I had already made
reservations to see their show in November,
and as the day grew closer, I tried to
tell myself it was my duty as a scrapper
to get a photo of myself with one of the
guys so that I could do a layout about
this whole experience. In reality, I almost
chickened out. The girls didn’t want to
wait and it would have been so much easier
to just walk right by. But I went back,
asked Shawn for a photo and he’s such
a nice guy that he posed immediately. And
he touched me. That’s a nice bonus.
