My niece Karlie is 10 years old. DH's nieces Abby and Madi are 13 and 11. Ever since I started dating my DH, or more specifically, since my bridal shower, these 3 girls have been the best of friends...when they can get together. They only live an hour and a half apart, but since it is more "my" family, than my sisters family, the only time they really see each other is when I am around. Since we live in Kansas now, there aren't many times we are around for the girls to get together. This was at the 4th of July parade when my sisters family came home as well, and the girls were ecstatic they got to see each other. They are the type of friends that the instant they are together, it is like no time has gone by and they are best buds again. It is so sweet to look at pictures of them from my bridal shower and then look at these pictures. To see how much they have changed..in fact, I may have to go back and redo this page of a past and present photo!! Just thought of that while typing!!
