I love the look of the scalloped paper with the dotted border set on the white background. Looks elegant and feminine... perfect for the subject of this layout!

So cute. I love her little smirk/grin, so cute!! I agree the scalloped edge is perfect! I also like the colors you've used to accent the photo, and I love the way you've added the cluster of flowers to either side of the page and the ribbon, great use of those elements. TFS!!
