I just loved the mini album that SP made with the blank board book. I searched high and low for something to make an album with but could not find anything to use out here in the sticks LOL!

I was under time pressure for mailing so I made my own "album" today. I loved how it turned out and it will be easy to mail! I would have liked to ink like SP and Shabby Miss Jen, but I would have been scared spitless to try messing around with that!

I cut two 5x10" pieces of cardstock, scored them and tied them together with some ribbon from Walmart! I printed the envelope from the kit on printer paper and used that for the album. I made my LO's 4.75 x 4.75 and then used my corner rounder on them and the album.

I do so LOVE this kit and hope that we see another for Father's Day! Thanks to you all who posted your books and gave me ideas!

This is beautiful, and your home-made book looks super! What tools did you use for cutting--and what is scoring??--I have NO idea! Great job

I love your spin on this! I think that I'm going to try your instructions on my next book....and I totally love how you used the envelope to hold the book. Fantastic job and thanks so much for sharing!
