JOURNALING SAYS:
My husband’s sister, brother-in-law and niece live in North-Eastern Quebec, near Labrador, so they travel to Ontario only once a year. The family members meet about half-way between there and here, Southern Ontario, at Rick’s Mom’s place in North-Eastern Ontario. Rick couldn’t take the week off work this time, so Lydia and I traveled alone and spent a week visiting family. Lydia had a fantastic time with her two cousins and her three aunts and uncles. We went to the beach every day but one. The weather was hot and sunny the entire week. Lydia has been taking swimming lessons since she was a baby, so she is very comfortable in the water and is a very strong swimmer. She packed seven swimsuits - one for every day - and she was in the water so much that she is wet in nearly every photo.
