crysowens Not Too Shabby Registered: July 2011 Location: Georgia Posts: 88	This is my first template challenge ever and I used template #9. I was hesitant to post because I'm super new to digital scrapping ) This photo is of myself, my mom and my 3 neices while we were vactioning. It was taken early in the morning before my mom and I had time to put our makeup on. I love this picture because its one of the few rare ones we posed for without having our face paint on ) Papers - Most of the papers I used were from the free birthday paper pack. The coral and paisley floral papers are from Festival. Pink toile scallopped ribbon is from Bella. Elements - Birds, flower buttons, regular buttons, yellow gingham ribbon and pink ricrack are from Bella. Rusted brad, stitching, green tape and metal key are from the Plentiful collection. Letters - Flea Market Chic (love the alpha in this collection!)

Crys this is awesome!!!! WOW, I'd never know you were new to digi - this is wonderful!! I love the way you combined all the different patterned papers! What a special photo, too - your family is so beautiful! My mom and I have the opposite problem - we RARELY put our make-up on when we visit, so I never want to scrap the way we look, LOL

We keep thinking tomorrow we'll put on some make-up and take pictures, hee hee!

Aww thanks so much for the amazingly sweet comments and the addition to your favorites!

I fell in love with the color scheme as I was putting it together. The papers have a whimsical and feminine feel to it! Digi scrapping is soooo fun!
