Ladibugbaby Not Too Shabby Registered: September 2010 Posts: 154	So, I Fell off the Wagon & it ran me OVER! I had 2 weeks where I didn't stick to what we've been doing and I noticed... All of a sudden I am EXHAUSTED! I am having nightmares all night long, I wake up tired, and I'm tired all day. I have no energy and all I want is a nap. My stomach hurts from all the junk, not sick nauseous hurt, but my body is trying to tell me that it doesn't want this anymore! It has been a good thing for me to experience. I felt this way before, but I didn't realize it was from my eating habits.

Yep it happens! That same wagon is still dragging me behind it! I know how to eat properly and that a walk everyday is what I need to feel great - but I opt out!
