I saw this project idea a few months ago. I'm not sure what website it was originally on - I've seen so many variations of it. But I've been wanting to create my own digital version (ones I've seen were done with paper mod podged on a canvas). I finally put other projects aside this week to do this! I plan on printing it on a 16x20 canvas if I can find a good deal on that. Or I may just print as a 16x20 poster and frame it.
