      Totally love the urban kiwi and orange in this layout. How did you get the orange dot border? I really like that element. I have also been using the Jan. scrap layout for other layouts. I love merging the squares together to change the shape of the layout. Thanks for posting!

      If you select an area/shape in photoshop and "make it a path" (which traces/outlines what you selected) you can then "stroke the path" with a brush on another layer. There might be other ways but this is how I do it. To get the dots you just have to mess with the brush settings and space it out from being a straight line to dots. You do that before you actually stroke the path.
