ShabbyPrincess owner/designer Registered: February 2006 Posts: 4,123	This is the layout I created for our Easy-As-Pie Template Challenge NINE at the Shoppe's BLOG! I plan to add another page to make a two page spread...and it will include journaling and a couple more photos! My husband and his family are huge Steelers fans...so I guess that through the years, I have become one, too! As you can see...so has our little man (though, he loves MANY teams and supports them all, lol)! I did a lot of desaturating for this layout as the team colors are gold, black and grey...and I used all sorts of kits, lol! all of the papers are from the Darling Paper Collection and bits and pieces from Goose Bumps, HopScotch, and An Affair to Remember There are also miscellaneous bits from a few other kits, if I remember correctly, lol! Awesome page!!! You captured some really great actions shots - love'm!! Every single detail is soooo cool!! Love the recolouring of the yellow stars! And love the title and date clusters! Awesomeness all round!!!

I love this page. I mean LOVE it. I used it for some inspiration on the blog challenge 10 I did for my DDs soccer page. I couldn't find stars like those on this page, so I made some out of SP papers and such...

Out of curiosity, do you recall where the little stars came from?

let's see...the little polka dotted stars are from SUGARPLUM DREAMS (recolored)...the star on a string is from BOO...the star buttons are from AN AFFAIR TO REMEMBER (recolored)! i think i got them all, lol! i hope this helps...and thank you again

This is one of my favorite layouts I've run across in a long time... partly b/c it's obvious how much time and attention went into every. last. detail... but even moreso because it is so VERY opposite the "stereotypical image" I always have in my head of the SP products, and yet it's awesome in every way. I love the range of what can be done w/ any paper/element, w/ the right dose of imagination!
