      100% Shabby Products!

      About 70% of products used are from the Shabby Seasonal Sampler Amore kit. I rarely thought I would have the need for a valentine themed kit, but here is proof that it can work for anything! The rest are as followed:
      Damask & Dots --> patina buttons
      Happy Go Lucky --> swirl stamp
      Vintage Floral --> shabby overlay, stick pins
      Splendid --> border stitching
      Plentiful --> string bow
      Harvest Spice --> left/right stitching, alpha

      Font Used: Jane Austen (my personal favorite) and Aparajita

      Wow...that is close in names. These are my best friend's kids. When she told be Grady, I assumed I heard wrong and that it was Brady! :-)

      I did choose the Amore kit becausee I thought it would go well with the colors. It was a nice suprise for my girlfriend this morning when I emailed it to her! This is the 2nd time I've tried digitally scrapbooking - I love it, but then again, I am addicted to Photoshop!

      I love the pinks and reds. They're perfect with the photos. And I really like your title work. What a wonderful gift for your friend. Obviously you're good at digital scrapping, so you should dive right in.

      Thanks Nana_vg...I think having a strong PS background certainly helps with the digital scrapbooking, but I'm not quite ready to give up hand-crafting either...although I certainly feel confident to do both now. I think I just didn't have the resources, like page kits and templates, so I was doing it from scratch and it felt more time consuming.

      I also love that title...the alpha in that kit are perfect. It reminds me of something I would cut out on my Silhouette and chalk!
