I need to make it very clear I am such a digi scrapper.. paper, and glue and utters.. arrrrrrrggghh. I spent the last hour sniffing glue... I do not cut straight.. (I cheated and neatened it up at the end).. I NEED undo and layers and ... I need my computer!) But...
I have to be honest and admit I loved..choosing ribbons, and flowers and card. I missed my eye dropper tho.. hello.. they only had 100 odd colours to choose from! So.. allow me to bow down to the paper scrappers... Deb Perry and those at her level always blow me away and then I take on a simple task like this..LOL and really... YAY for them!
So this is my mini album for my sister ... (see gallery for previous post of close ups). I used a chocolate brown card called JAVA/expresso..very dark brown.. and it really bought out all the colours.. and a green ribbon which is almost exactly the same as the green spot paper. It was a little thin.. but hey! And some paper flowers.. I made an accordian album. I printed at 5 x 5 inches and made the album 6 x 6... super cute.. and I am sure my sister will love it. I LOVE this mini album.. and I WILL be making more. Can't wait for the Fathers Day one!
I used simple little paper flowers (removed the stems) and glued them on. I was lucky enough to find a little packet with similar colours. But that was all.. just so it all stays flat.
This was super easy..cant not imagine doing it from scratch... Yay for Shabby Princess for doing so much of the hard work for us, even if she had a little angel assisting
