      My daughter's very first carved pumpkin was eaten by the dogs. I didn't even get a picture of it carved. So here's a before pic (at the pumpkin farm) and after pic (what was left after the dogs ate it).

      Oh dear - what a shame! And, what a beast the great pumpkin eater is, LOL!!! Love your journaling and how you've framed it and added the pumpkin pic etc. I hope your daughter wasn't too upset about it being eaten before all the fun of Halloween, especially after all that hard work of carving it. What's done is done, I suppose. I'm sure next year's will be well guarded!! TFS!!
