This a retake on georgeinci "Slow Down" boy page. I tried to make it different enough and more GIRLY for my little one.

      I used lots of kits:
      Slow title: Twirl
ric rac heart, tape measure strip and small orange heart: Hopscotch
Swirly stiching: Affair to remember (recolored)
      Purple tab: Sweetie Pie
Background papers: Blossom, Pink recolored to match her outfit...
Papers for the numbers were from all of the above as well as the Darling paper collection...I think that's al! lol

Really gorgeous layout with such vibrant colours (great take on Georgeinci's page). I like the photo as it is, because your darling little girl is in such a child-like pose, perfect for the theme of growing up (but still being your little girl). It is such a beautiful photo though - maybe you could do another completely different layout with the photo close-up? Beautiful work!

Thanks, that's kinda exactly what I was thinking...I like the way she's just sitting there, but then I didn't know if I should close in on her little face, I think I will do that, make a seperate page! GREAT idea! lol THANKS, and thanks for the compliments!

I love this, mommy2two! What a sweet photo of your two and a half year old (she looks older than that to me!) I guess they do grow up fast - they change so much in those first two and a half years! I really love your "GIRLY" color choices! I love the heart with the tape measure going through - symbolizing the growth of your little love. Really like your journaling on the paper strips! Fabulous lift!!!

PRECIOUS! she is an absolute doll and i love this! you chose so many perfect papers and embellishments...and then used them so cleverly! i especially like the measuring tape going through the heart, and your title work! great take on georgina's page! and, i agree with the other girls...maybe a second/coordinating page with a close-up photo! would make a GREAT two-pager...i really like the 'pose' in this one! thanks bunches for sharing

So PRETTY!! I love your version of georgeinci's layout. You scraplifted it perfectly and still it's so much your own creation - love that!!! That is a super sweet photo too - love the vibrant colour - and I think the larger view is perfect! Oh and a two pager like the girls have suggested would be double the cuteness!!! TFS!!
