Very clever matching the title and elements to her gorgeous t-shirt/outfit! Only thing I could suggest is a bit of journalling down the bottom??? Lovely layout.

Aaah, this is so cute! I love the picture and the LO is fantastic. Journalling is always a great thing to add as, trust me, it's soooo easy to forget the little details 6 months (or years) down the line - even though we convince ourselves we never will! xx

I'm kind of currently addicted to digi so I am staying up a bit later than I should - journalism at 12 am is not recommended . Will try to add some to the bottom - great idea! Georgeinci - I have trouble remembering too. I'm ashamed to say that I don't remember a lot of the details of my first daughter who is now three. I have started and stopped baby books with her so many times and just never happy until I discovered digital scrap. So now I'm actually doing Rachel's as I go along and will then return to Laura's. So yes, journal is way important, but find it the most intimidating too.

You're so right - journalling is the bit I ALWAYS leave till last and then I often end up re-doing it a couple of times over before I'm happy with it. I agree late night journalling is probably best avoided, LOL! I was totally like you before I discovered digi scrapping. I enjoyed paper scrapping and making books but it just didn't seem to fit - was too messy, too time-consuming and far too expensive. There are so many advantages to doing it the digital way - not least altering (or adding bits!) so easily! Welcome to the digital world and, unfortunately, it is addictive. Hang on - isn't it healthy to have a passion? I have to say since I've been digi-scrapping I have been far less stressed. A hobby is a grand way to relieve the pressures and strains of modern day life. I've been doing it for a year now and I still love it! XXXXX

Love those gorgeous flowers - so creative! And you've tied everything in perfectly - the cute photo, the colours, the design!! Yep, I agree, a little journaling - just a sentence or two - might just complete this perfect picture! Great work! And WELCOME to digi-scrap heaven! I am only new to this too (about 5mth now - it seems longer somehow) and it's totally absorbed me! I'm loving it and learning heaps!! At the beginning I was a bit self-conscious about my pages - only natural when you're new at something, I'm sure - but I received some great advice from one of my fellow Shabby Artists that has never left me - "create layouts that YOU and your FAMILY will love for generations to come...and the rest will follow!"

This is a beautiful and sweet layout . That baby is cute!!!! . I love the flowers and the wordart . I agree with the other girls: journaling, and as they say, it doesn't need to be long, just a phrase or a date and place, or somthing you feel when you look at her . Welcome to digi scrapping and keep creating!!!
