For my dad's family history album. I don't have photos for any of these folks (all born in the 1820s and 1830s), but I still want to do something "scrapbook-y" with the genealogy research I've done. I'm making a LOT of pages with Clementine (such a great kit!). Main background paper made from two Clementine papers blended for a lighter green.

Tree template from Katie Pertiet's "Spring Trees;" scalloped mat from Gina Cabrera's November '08 Idea Notebook; everything else from Shabby Princess's Clementine kit.

I love this tree. Does Kate Pertiet's tree come with the little labels already on it, or did you add those? Very creative.

Oh I love this page! The font you've chosen works so well with your overall theme. Would love to see more of your family history pages. Beautiful!

nana_vg -- the labels are from Clementine. The tree comes ready-to-use, but I used it as a template, and replaced its trunk and leaves with Clementine papers.

I love this idea - so perfect - just goes to show that you don't always need photos to make a beautiful page. Love the use of the Clementine kit for all your family history pages. You use it wonderfully!! I would love to do something similar to this! Thanks for the inspiration!
