My granddaughter - who has hated bugs forever - fell in love with diggin' for worms.

Journaling reads: Papa was planting flowers in the front yard while Danica was taking a nap. As he dug a hole for a plant, Papa found a worm and showed it to you. You enthusiastically started picking up dirt clods and broke them apart to find worms. When Erek stopped by, he joined in for a few minutes, and the two of you found a giant worm. Getting you to stop for the day was difficult. The next morning as soon as you woke up, you wanted to know where your worms were. Once breakfast was done, Papa was back out front and so were you and Danica - hunting for as many worms
as you could find. May 30-31, 2010

I love how you pulled the colors from her dress. This is really a great page. Going into my favorites. Love the girls names too. Danica and Delany. How beautiful.

wonderful layout, nana! I love how you layered so many papers, and there's so much detail, but the emphasis is still on those wonderful pics. I'd never get a worm layout out of my girls, but I'm hoping for a grasshopper one! Looks like ya'll had fun!
