This is my first layout in PS! I love Shabby Shoppe stuff but I use Creative Memories Storybook Creator usually. The templates don't work in there. : ( So trying to learn how to do it in PS.

Yes, my first. I've done lots of digital scrapping in Creative Memories & I *love* it. It just takes me longer in PS. Can the templates be made PNG's so I can use them in CM?? Please...I realize I hardly know what I'm asking! : )

I would continue to keep trying in PS. It seems very difficult at first but there are some great tutorials out there and I am so glad that I stuck with it! It definitely gets easier with practice!

Now about your layout - It's great! I remember having the same feelings as a child when we went cherry or berry picking. I just wish I had some photos of those times. Your photos are perfect. He will cherish this layout someday.

Aaaaah, well done on your first PS LO - it's great. I used to use a piece of software called 'Scrapbook Artist' which was great initially whilst I 'learnt the trade' but now I always use PSE 7 as there is just sooooo much more you can do with it (not to mention using templates which are fab!). Bear with the transistion - you'll soon feel at home and you will get quicker, I promise!

Fantastic LO! I love the series of photos! So vibrant and full of colour! And that face - too funny, yet so typical! GREAT WORK with the template challenge! Thank you so much for sharing!

P.S. I've only been using Photoshop for a few months and am getting better and better at it. I'm discovering new things all the time - I love it!
