      Thank you for your sweet comments! The bluebird house is on my deck and I'm able to open the 'house' door and remove the nest for pictures. The picture of the adult male bluebird was taken from my kitchen window while he was sitting on the deck rail. We've been watching our bluebirds for over seven years.
      Thanks again for the challenge..it was loads of fun!

      those pics are amazing!!! I love birds but can never get close enough... I love the blue contrast with the rust, awesome.

      What a great story. I never thought about getting meal worms to feed the birds. We have birds that nest in our eaves every year too.
