I was just over at the gallery and saw this layout by JenStarr called Splish Splash Silly Laugh (http://www.theshabbyshoppe.com/photo...500&ppuser=201) and I wondered how she got the painted effect behind the journalling.

Not sure exactly where they are from but I would think that they are a brush or a stamp. You will be able to purchase/download these.. choose your colour and stamp the image on.
