Photo Effects in PSE?
Does anyone have any great sites with photo effects? I know that there is one out there, and I am planning on using it. I wish that there were more effects out there, like Jinky. I love those. But it's like everyone only makes actions and I can't afford PSCS2 right now. I know you can download actions in PSE, but they don't always work correctly or don't work at all.

I have a ton from optic verve, I think it's called. They are nice for quick photo effects, but not as "tweakable" as an action...

Michelle Pearson has some nice ones at SBB (www.scrapbookbytes.com) and there's always photoblast (www.photoblast.com).
Try Scrapping Pro
You could try the plugins over at Scrapping Pro. They work in PSE 2, 4 and 5 (and CS2, PSP, etc). I've just bought their newly released Version 2. They're easy to use and have great effects for color and b/w.
So many photos, so little time.
