Mac help for PSE3/atomic cupcake action

I finally broke down and bough a torn edged action from atomic cupcake...but I have NO CLUE how to install it. Here are the instructions I have:

B. Installation for Mac Users

1. Close Elements if it is running.

2. Copy the entire "atomic_cupcake_wildtear" folder to the Adobe Photoshop Elements > Previews > Effect folder.

3. Go to the Adobe Photoshop Elements 3 > Previews > Cache > Effects Cache folder.

Anyone a Mac user that can tell me where the heck the preview folder is? And how do I copy an entire folder? Can't I just drag and drop?

Ahahahaha.....I think it's safe to say that if the thread is over two years old, I solved my problem.
