Saving JPEGS

What's the best way to save jpeg's for the internet and for selling in kits, etc.? What should the settings be changed to for IMAGE Options, and what size should the jpeg be saved as?
For FORMAT Options it gives the option of either Baseline (Standard) or Baseline Optimize and I'm not sure what setting for Image Option either. What is the difference between these two? If someone knows, could you please point me in the right direction for saving jpeg's? Thank you.

Hi -

I always save in baseline - standard and I save at 12 for anything I will print etc and as 9 or 10 for images for the web.
