TypePad Blog Help?

Can someone help me figure this out. I've been using blogger, but it's such a pain in the butt to change the layout, so I thought I'd try Type, it seems so much easier, but I just bought this banner from the shabby shoppe, and it gets cut off when I upload it. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
at a guess I would say the the banner is bigger than your settings..
try to resize it.. to the pixel size of the blog... (you can find this in the design section.. you can reset the size but i would try resizing the banner

I just looked under Page Banner and I couldn't find where to see what the pixel size was. Where exactly do I need to look?

I think I fixed it. I changed it to no banner and that seemed to work.
Maybe it's my computer, when you look at it, was it cut off?
The size of the banner on your screen will depend on the resolution of your screen. One of my friends has hers set different and it always cuts off for her.
Maybe that's what it is.
I figured out what was wrong, but now I have another question. The blog buttons that came with the banner, how do I upload them? Or do you have to pay more of that option?
