I am using PSE3 and am loving the cookie cutter tool, however does anyone know if you can add shapes to the ones that are already in the shape options and if you can....how?????

You can obtain custom shapes (most are free) at the Adobe Studio Exchange : (www.adobestudioexchange.com), under the Photoshop section :
http://share.studio.adobe.com/axBrowseSubmit.asp?t=14
Installing is a matter of uncompressing (if they're zipped) and then putting them here :
Mac :
Applications /*Adobe Photoshop Elements / Presets / Custom Shapes
Win :
C:/Program Files / *Adobe Photoshop Elements / Presets / Custom Shapes
Even if it says it is for photoshop CS2 you should still be able to use it in PSE
