Question :
Why is this paper/element/alpha only at 118 dpi??? I thought digital files needed to be at 300dpi for printing?

Answer :
First, please let me assure you that ALL Shabby Princess products are created at 300 dpi (high quality that will print beautifully). So, there are no worries!

The dpi showing as 118 is a result of a setting in your software. You will notice that with any files from any designer...if you change the resolution view from pixels/INCH (300 dpi) to pixels/CENTIMETER– it will change to 118 (actually – I think it works out to be 118.11 pixels/cm). But – it’s the pixels per inch that we are looking for...so - try to keep it at that setting...although - in reality - it's all the same in the end :)

:::You can find this setting under IMAGE>IMAGE SIZE>RESOLUTION in PSCS2 (I’m not sure where to look in other programs):::
