: I've downloaded your Circle Fun or Decorative Accents files...and the files are emtpy/blank?!!! What is wrong?
Answer : So...the good news is that they really aren't blank or empty :)
All of these products are WHITE...so - if you are trying to preview them in a thumbnail view - they will look blank (since the preview window generally uses a white background).
Also...if you open them in your program...and the background color is set to WHITE...you will not be able to see the item since it is also white! So - simply change your background color to anything other than white...and then, you should be able to see it!!!
