	Question : What is WinZip? Why do I need it and where can I get it?

	Answer : WinZip is the software that allows you to "unpack" all of the files that are included in your purchase. When you download the files - they are all "zipped up" in a ZIP file...so you use the WinZip software to unzip them...and then you will see all of the individual paper and element files :) You can download the evaluation version of WinZip here for free: http://www.winzip.com - I'm not sure how long you can keep it for free - but I know you can at least get a free trial! Once you have downloaded the zip file, you simply need to EXTRACT the files to your computer!
