It’s that time of the week again!  Hello everyone.  Jenelle here, with the great honour of choosing this week’s Layout of the Week winner.  And I have I got a winner for you!!  A stand-out layout from one of our stand-out scrappers…  The very talented Elisabeth (aka lego) with her wonderful layout titled ‘table manners‘.  Just take a look!

Just fabulous!  Well, maybe not so fabulous when you’re the darling Paulina’s parents and your heart is skipping a beat while she does her little standing dance in her highchair!  I just loved reading your journalling lego and can completely understand – my youngest used to do the very same thing!

I really love the monochromatic colour scheme lego has used here, but those circles would have to be my absolute favourite!  What a stunning design.  I have also played a little bit of ‘I Spy’ while studying this layout and tried to work out which pieces from which Shabby Shoppe kit lego has used to make this great page.  I believe Elisabeth had nearly every SP kit she owns opened while she created this layout!

Happy Monday everyone!  It’s Beckie here with you, and I’m so pleased to have the task of selecting this week’s LOTW!

We’ve just wrapped up an amazing Spring Break week here at our house, and the weather was absolutely spectacular!  We’ve all got the end-of-vacation blues however, and lucky for me browsing through the gallery was the perfect pick me up!  You guys are all doing an amazing job with Project Scrap and Kylie’s incredible Easy-as-Pie Template Challenge 21!  As usual – the gallery is full of creative and inspiring layouts!

This amazing layout (Pretty Girl) by Amber totally caught my eye:

I just love the soft pink and brown and the wonderful photo treatment!  and how GORGEOUS is sweet little Hannah?!   There are many beautiful details here too, from the scalloped border to all the stitching and the subtle white floral stamp.  It’s sweet and happy and perfect for LOTW!

Daddy’s Home! by con01008

I love this layout for several reasons.  First, what a sweet moment to capture.  It’s one of those special things that this family will love remembering later on.  I completely get the feel of what it’s like at their house when Daddy’s home!  I also love that con01008 took some inspiration from the blog this week and used a cluster of stitched frames.  And there are just tons of other great design details here.  It’s a truly lovely layout.

Sisters – Christmas Eve by Grant&Lauren’sMom

This brilliant layout jumped right out from the gallery of little thumbnail images!  I’m sure it had something to do with all those richly patterned, bold tones bouncing off the chocolate-brown background.  Such an awesome choice of Happy Go Lucky papers…and the perfect foundation for Grant&Lauren’sMom’s very special family photo!  The design is lovely…simple and clean…love that!!  And the little journaling strips are PERFECT!!

Hello & HAPPY MONDAY everyone! – Kylie here! :o)  I hope you all had a gorgeous weekend…mine was hot, hot, hot! ~ down here in Australia!  I don’t know about you but I’m definitely ready for the change in seasons…not too much longer to wait, we’re almost there ;o)  Time now though for Layout of the Week!  It’s always an absolute pleasure to get to spotlight another amazing layout found in our inspiration gallery…and the thanks goes to everyone that takes the time to upload and share their special layouts…always inspiring!

I know it’s a bit like a broken record when I say this (and I’ve no doubt I’ll say it again, so forgive me)… but seriously guys, it is so tough to narrow down a winner for LOTW.  There are so many talented scrappers, and so many beautiful pages, it really does make it so hard to choose just the one.  Each page is so unique and special in its own right!  And while looking for the one it was so lovely to see a mass of Easy-As-Pie Template Challenge 20 pages in the gallery – you girls are rockin’ those!  The challenge closed last night and if you did upload an entry to the gallery just make sure you also added your comment and link to THIS POST (otherwise ‘Mr Random Generator’ won’t be able to count you…and we’d hate for you to miss out!!)  Also loving all the new Project SCRAP 2012 layouts too…and a big WELCOME to all the new ‘faces’ posting for the very first time! YAY! :o)

I just love the large photo space…filling the whole page with precious baby sweetness!!  And the little photo lovingly tucked into the plastic pocket…oh it couldn’t get any more precious!!  A few little flowers to brighten up the page, the delicate lace-stamped border and a simple title…her beautiful name.  Thank you Analia for sharing such a beloved page…your First Year Book for Maddison is going to be so beautiful with pages like these!  Be sure to check out Analia’s wonderful gallery…lots of lovelies that are sure to inspire!
