Since this is my last post I’d like to say that this has been a wonderful experience and I am so proud to have worked with this wonderful and talented group of ladies!  I will miss working with them, but am glad for even the short time I was in!  I still look forward to seeing your pages in the gallery :)

I love the way that she has muted the colors on this page to give it a soft, elegant feel and really make the photos shine – and pretty photos they are!  The simple embellishing give this page (made with the beautiful template from our Blog Template Challenge 8) the perfect finishing touch!

Soooo much FUN, yes indeedy!!  How cool is this page?!  Love the movement created by the awesome design and all those big snowflakes…and of course, the action-packed and super-cute photos.  The perfect shade of icy aqua and the pops of bright red are fantastic.  And the clever title work really rounds off the FUN!!  Another amazing page from kris_t!!

Next up – Sahndra with her layout Val

In contrast to kris_t‘s brilliantly-busy multi photo-multi layered page, Sahndra has inspired us with a strikingly ‘simple’ design.  What an impact this very special page makes!  I’m loving the richly-embossed neutral paper with the bright nutcracker patterns clipped over a mass of hexagons and gorgeously outlined in white.  Delicate stamping and a few well-placed elements enhance the page perfectly.  And best of all…the sweet, sweet photo that just draws you in and makes your heart smile!

Interview layouts are always FUN!  And this one is an absolute winner!!  Using a combination of different handwriting fonts, alphas and elements for each question, as well as the sweet little bookplates for every precious answer, shows awesome creativity and it’s a joy to read through – a feast for the eyes really!!!  I love the balance of this page and how it’s divided into three so perfectly.  LOVE the title – again the different fonts work perfectly together!  LOVE the cute photo – so cheeky!

And to finish off (ever-so sweetly!) - pqtn with Hello Winter

Oh my!!  How wonderful is this page?!!  The dusty & rosy pinks with the natural papers and elements showcase this cutie-patootie photograph brilliantly!  Loving that shimmering background paper – just perfect for any winter page!  The pretty ribbons, bows and snowflakes add a delicate girly touch and the swirlie stitching ties the layout together with extra sweetness.  Beautiful work!

I seriously had to take my time as I made my way around this treat-filled layout!  First off, I am so thrilled with the use of the Gracie kit with holiday photographs.  I am always looking for ways to take themed kits and make them look everyday and to also take everyday kits and make them work for themed layouts.  JoyontheJourney has done a beautiful job with this!  On top of her perfect kit use, she has done a stellar job clustering elements to create a gorgeous border along the bottom of her layout.  Finally, her use of the Not So Shabby Penelope template and adding her own artistic style (3 pics instead of 2! LOVE!) to it must be praised!  The hanging frames backed by the classic chevron pattern all make this layout such a treat!

Isn’t this ADORABLE?!  I LOVE the colors in this layout – blue and brown are my favorite!  They make such a CUTE girl page!  I LOVE the stitching and the flower clusters!  I LOVE the alpha – another one of my favorites!  And then there are the pictures!  How sweet! :0)  I also happen to LOVE hats!  Especially on little kids!  And then, I can relate to not having any pictures up of your youngest child.  I have plenty of pictures taken of my little one, just none printed! :0}  So, I, too, need to get on the ball!

Her layout is simply simple, and that’s one thing I adore about it.  Aren’t baby feet, and their tiny toes one of the most precious things ever?  I love them!  Here yordea has done a fantastic job of keeping the focus on her perfect image.  I really like how she has used the stitching from Memory Lane to stitch around the photo, as well as placed it inside the frame; so cute, and what a great way to focus your eyes on the image held within.  I also like the brushed flowers sitting just behind the photo to help give it depth.  The paper she’s chosen to go along with the sweet photo couldn’t have been any more perfect; I admire the entire page!  Stunning simple’ness really!!

Her beautiful layout is stunning in its simplicity, but I honestly get lost looking at all the perfectly placed layers!  I am so proud of her for trying out Lego’s stamping technique and for doing such a gorgeous job bringing it to life in this layout.  The photograph is expertly framed by the wonderful paper layers, the brushed background and the dynamite stitching!  I get giddy looking at each small detail, from the stapled hearts to the font choices for her title. I loved this page from the moment I saw it in the gallery!  I loved the subtle tones of the papers she chose and how appropriate for this time of year it was with all the browns and creams.  I loved how she put the journaling in the confines of the circular stitching.  So fun!  I am also a sucker for blue: LOVE that color and this page just spoke to me with all it’s happiness!!  I also love the subject manner: family.  This time of year we are thinking about how grateful we are for our families, and what a perfect way to portray that than in a scrapbook page!
