hey guys :o) Kylie here with a super QUICK post to share our FREE May DESKTOP ! I had a lot of fun working with SP on this one…it has a bright, happy glow about it! Hope you enjoy it too!!

NEW to desktops?? If you are interested in our free desktops, but have no idea how to insert your own photos – please visit our TUTORIALS page and refer to the USING THE PIECE-A-CAKE .PNG FILES TO CREATE AN ALBUM titles :o) We offer this tutorial in both screen shot and video format, for both Photoshop and Photoshop Elements. And, while the tutorial is not specifically for the desktops – the concepts are very much the same…and should help out a lot!
As always – THANK YOU so much for stopping by…and for enjoying our desktops :o) We plan to keep them coming…but I’m wondering if it isn’t about time we review our resolution sizes?? Last year we added a poll to our blog sidebar and I would love to know if you’d like us to add it again to find out the top TWO sizes. I know many of you wish we could design EVERY size each month (we do, too, lol) – but I’m sure you understand that that is just not possible. To get the ball rolling, we’d be grateful if you could add a comment on this post should you like to see it put to the VOTE once again! THANKS!!

Thanks for your sweet comments about our desktops! So happy you love them! :o)
Now we don’t have a download with the “Happy Mother’s Day”, that was just for my blog preview… but you can easily replicate it. I just typed out the phrase using a FREE Fonts for Peas font called PEA LOVEY DOVEY – just click HERE!
And the little heart, above the ‘y’, is from the Shabby Squiggles Font with is available for purchase from our SHOPPE – just click HERE!

I use the bigger size for my computer (it’s a 21″ monitor) and the smaller for my iPad.

Thank you for the monthly desktop. I use the 1024 x 768 version centered on my screen, with a black background. That allows me to keep my icons on the sides and not cover up the wallpaper. Thanks again!

I can never remember my resolution, so its never bothered me either. I have it set pretty high and I love your desktops however they sit.

My desktop is 27 inches and I’m not sure of the size – just know it is too big for most desktops that are out there. My laptop probably uses one of these – it is 15 inch so I am thinking the 1280×800 works on it. Thanks! This one is lovely too!!

Well, mine is 1280×800 so all this long the wallpaper is perfect for me:)

My resolution is 1366×768… These work just fine as long as there’s nothing top to bottom on the calendar! But, who’s to say that I will always have this size? Thanks so much for the desktops! I LOVE them! :)

Love your desktops I look forward to the end of the month to see what will be next! I have 1920 x 1080 if I remember right that size was popular. I make it work though!
