Thanks ladies! I only recently discovered the rainbow choc chips too. I had seen them in the store for a while, but thought they were just a sugary decoration, not chocolate. Then I bought them to make these biscuits and of course had to taste test them and I was so happy to discover they were chocolate! I am going to make my trusty old choc-chip cookie recipe with them now – a colourful twist!

Beautiful!! I LOVE cooking with my kids too and I totally get the “have it ready before you tell them” part! I’ve been there done that too! lol I am another that had NO idea about rainbow chocolate chips but I WILL be on the look out for them. We make chocolate chip pancakes, how fun would those be to add!! :) THANKS for the beautiful card, I honestly hadn’t even thought about making cookies for easter I don’t know why, it’s GREAT!! THANKS for the wonderful idea and great post!!

Yum Jenelle! I love to decorate bikkies! I’ve never tried the rainbow choc-chips before…I must look out for those! :o)
