Oh thank you Kylie - I am all inspired. Will check all of those options. Much appreciated! (And yes, ours were always from Coles! Ha Ha...) Merry Christmas x

LOL!! I know "daggy cardboard ones" were all the rage in the 80's!! I think Mum would buy ours from Coles as she was grocery shopping or sometimes we'd convince her to buy a prettier one at Big W or Kmart! I actually bought my Kaisercraft flat-pack set at a little invitation/scrapbooking store in High St, Armadale - Rock, Paper, Scissors (love it!)- here is the link: https://www.rpss.com.au/ - but I have been noticing kaisercraft products in Lincraft and Bunnings. I'd probably ring first to see if the store you are planning on going to has them in stock - I've only seen a few advent calendars on the shelves at any one time. Check out the retailers list on the Kaisercraft website too! And if you're up for a drive, they have a factory outlet shop in Moorabbin. Hope that helps!! And have fun making yours!!!

Hi Casharina!! So glad you liked my post!! Kaisercraft are an Australian manufacturer but do distribute overseas. Their website has a retailers list for both online and general stockists. I had problems with their search inquiry so I would just click on the "online stockists" or "stockists" and look through the pages until you find a store that might be in your area or that you would like to deal with online. Most retailers are Australian but I did see quite a number from the United States and even a sprinkling from France, Germany, New Zealand, South Africa, Greece and the United Kingdom etc. Here is the link to the listings: http://www.kaisercraft.net/retailers.html

Oh Kylie - what an amazing job you've done! I LOVE Advent Calendars (have the same sweet memories as you have from your childhood tradition) We've certainly come a long way from the daggy cardboard ones our Mums bought for us (even though I totally loved them back then!) Any chance you can let me know where you got this Kaisercraft one from (Bunnings, Scrapbook shop??) Thanks - you are so talented - your nieces will be so thrilled getting this out every year.

hey casharina :o) the link Kylie provided is to the manufacturer and they only sell wholesale. You can often find these at local scrapbook/craft stores - but also a google search for 'kaiserkraft advent calendar' should return some online shopping options :o) hope that helps! and YES...didn't she do an amazing job with these?! as always - thanks for stopping by!
