Can you tell me what kind of lens you are using for the christmas shots. I am trying to do the same shots to practice and I don’t think I am using the right lens. Still trying to learn, feeling kind of dumb at the moment. :) Love the effects you got on the tree and the outdoor close up on the lights.

I’m not sure where to post this,but I wanted to say thanks for the free downloads. I have been wanting to try Hybrid scrapping for awhile and found your kits while doing a search. So for a challenge I used the Spiced Harvest and created a 2 pg recipe layout and LOVED the way it turned out. Anyways,I just wanted to say Thanks. I will definetly be placing an order soon.

Great tips Beckie! Taking pics indoors is always a challenge, and of course tree & kiddo pics are so important this time of year. I hadn’t even thought of taking an un-focused pic to create bokeh with the tree by itself…duh!

LOL Trish, that’s soooo sweet!! :) But you have mad photo editing skills – I just love the way you apply colors to your photos. Your photos are always gorgeous! I’m not very good at editing, so I have to get it right in-camera, LOL! :)

love it, beckie :o) thanks for all of the great tips…i have been having so much fun getting Christmas bokeh this year, lol! i’ve gotten it before…but always on accident…it’s nice to actually plan for it, lol! all of the pics are beautiful…the helicopter is too cute and your MIL…she looks so sweet, that’s a great photo! thanks again!
