Hi Jill :o) Thanks so much for working with our latest template challenge! I think I can help...

So far, any time anyone has ever had issues uploading to the gallery – it is because of the file size. We have our gallery upload size set to a max of 2mb (which is somewhat large by gallery/industry standards)…so, if your file is larger than that, it will not complete the upload process . For posting to online galleries, most digi scrappers will reduce their layouts to about 600×600 pixels at 72dpi (screen resolution) and save as a JPG file. Most of the layouts that we upload are under 400k – so I think you’ll see that it will be pretty easy to get it under the 2mb limit :o)

If you are not sure how to size your layouts for web, I created tutorials for everyone – you can find them here (there is one for both PS and PSE):

http://www.theshabbyshoppe.com/tutorials/software_tutorials.asp

hope that helps :o) THANKS and good luck!

This is my first challenge and trying to post it on the gallery has me stumped... I uploaded my layout three separate times (last time hubby watched me to make sure I was doing it correctly) and it says the upload is successful. Yet, I don't see it anywhere! Help!
