SALE and NEW PRODUCTS :o)

Hey guys…SP here again :o)  This time…with a bunch of brand new products…and a SALE…YAY!  Everything in the Shoppe is 25% off (excludes gift cards and professional use products) until October 4th at midnight EST!

I’m going to TRY (if you know me…you know it won’t be easy, lol) to keep this short and sweet…you can always check out the NEWSLETTER for even more info…and of course, visit the product pages (all linked below) for previews, descriptions, etc. :o)

I love that we get to have so much fun with our Halloween kits…though I will say it is getting more and more difficult to keep each one unique, lol!  There are only so many colors and characters that are traditional enough to work with most of our halloween pictures…but we will keep it up year after year because it is a blast!  You guys know that I prefer cute and whimsical halloween stuff over scary and creepy things…and so I LOVE Goose Bumps :o)  It combines the traditional black, orange and purple with green and turquoise…and lots of grays!   It’s cute…it’s fun…it’s practical and versatile – so I hope you enjoy scrapping with it!  Here are some layouts from me and the girls…

——————————————–

Once in a Blue Moon…though now i’m wondering why I didn’t just name it BLUE MOON?  lol!  This is a beautiful paper collection…with a bonus, clustered frame!  I absolutely love the ‘cool’ and ‘calm’ feel of the papers and how well they go with just about anything!  You can easily mix and match them with other kits and products!  On my layouts – I loved combining the HopScotch kit with Once in a Blue Moon!  I know some of the girls also combined it with the Barefoot collection and others!  Recoloring is a pretty simple thing to do…especially when the colors are already in the same ‘color family’.  Just a tweak here and there and you are good-to-go!  You can see some of our layouts here…and of course – larger versions with more info in the Gallery (just click the image below to go to the Shabby Artist Gallery)…

——————————-

Finally…I am so happy to introduce this new collection of products :o)  So many of you have asked for RECIPE CARD TEMPLATES…and they are here!  our resident CHEF (kylie) designed these adorable 4×6 templates and i am head-over-heels for them :o)  they are going to make gift-giving this Christmas so much more fun and simple!  I love to give baked goodies in addition to the ‘regular’ gifts and I think it is such a nice touch to add the recipe to the gift!  of course, these templates would be perfect for quick cards and brag book albums, too…the possibilites are endless!  kylie and I put some of our fave recipes to use and created a bunch of example cards for you!  I totally enjoyed printing all of these and love having them out on my counter!  here are just a few images…you can see more in the previews on the product pages :o)

and last…but NOT least…sweet Denise created several hybrid cards with the new products!  she took pics so we could share with all of you :o)  check out her gallery for larger images and more info!

Whew!  I think that’s it for today, lol :o)  I hope you all have a beautiful day (or night) and find some time to scrap!  Denise will be back tomorrow with a hybrid project…be sure to check it out :o)

Hi Martha :o) Thanks so very much for your kind words about our recipe cards – unfortunately, we will not be able to share most of these as they are either ‘secret’ family recipes – or, we do not have permission to give them away. They were really just created for our own, personal recipe files :o) But, be sure to check back every other Friday (when we share food-related content at the Shoppe’s blog) – and maybe you’ll find a few of these recipes and cards featured in the coming months. I really hope you understand – thanks again!

Hmmm. I have been using the Memories Bragbook to make weekly review cards for our 1st grade Sunday school class. They are perfect for inserting the Bible verse, Bible point and a main point from the lesson in the photo slots.

I think Kylie’s Recipe Card templates will be a great addition to the Bragbook pages!

I am going to put them all in those inexpensive plastic photo wallets (.99 at Target) and give them as gifts at the end of the year.
