The tabs were just created in Photoshop (I measured the approximate size of the punch I was using...a Stampin' Up! punch...and made a rectangular shape a bit bigger than that.) I placed a rounded rectangle with the tab's title on top of the background color and printed it out. Then I punched it out and adhered it to the text boxes with my tape gun. As for the accordian part. I used one piece of 10.5 x 5" cardstock, and one 7 x 5" piece...scored the 10.5" piece at 3.5" and 7", and the 7" piece at 3.5". Then I rounded the corners, and attached the two pieces together, by overlapping one "page" from each piece. Then I folded it accordian style and attached the two ends to the cardstock cover using my tape gun. After that, just embellish the pages... Hey Janet..thanks so much!
